The Solutions factory and testing lab allows us to ensure quality assurance for all products that come through our doors, from domestic lamps to 1200 x 300 panels and 6ft battens. We have a photometric sphere which allows us to verify lumen outputs and other specification details. This means we can assure you that a product will perform at the level expected. We also have a goniometer which creates IES files that can then be used in Relux to create lighting designs which we offer as a service to our customers.

Our products are checked and evaluated on construction quality, conformation of specification requirements and their certification. This ensures that we can work to provide the best products to our customers and that they are receiving the quality they expect from each brand. It also allows us to stay on top of any issues our customers may have with the products, as we can investigate any faults in house and work with our suppliers on a resolution. This enables us to get a fast solution back to the customer.
